Well sorry it’s a really late one this week! I’ve been quarantined to my bed all week with flu… Most likely swine flu, since the doctors diagnose any flu-like symptom as swine flu at the moment… Tom has caught it too. I blame Beth’s sniffles which can be heard on this here Rodcast! Don’t worry though. as far as I’m aware, it’s not contagious through digital sound waves, though it wouldn’t surprise me if it was announced to spread that way on the news…

This is the last Rodcast for a couple of weeks as there is a wedding next week and we’re on holiday the week after. We’ve got the usual stuff in there this week, so I hope you enjoy it! Joining us this week was special guest Hayley Bushell, who gave us all a little something to laugh at!

I think it was about the right time for  Rodcast break as we seem to have got into the routine of “blagging” it – and losing momentum. But after a re-purpose, a re-think, and a holiday we will be all set for another run with a fresh feel and hopefully some new ideas to make your listening experience an absolute pleasure!
